COFFEE BREAK! :)

I feel like a little melodramatic today, estranged to my inner being if not, and so found the need of having a coffee with myself to straighten up things, oh well, with my crooked almost corrupted brain.  Like what you’ve expected, blog is the answer!

There isn’t really much to tell about my life, apart from “you-all-know-about-this” stuff about me. But there are things that I want to zero in today. Since I’ve been hitching facebook world every single God-given day, I’ve noticed a chain of behavior that’s becoming so palpable lately.

#1. People want to look so “freakumly” beautiful/gorgeous. Don’t get me err---wrong. It’s perfectly normal for people to equate their happiness with how they appear physically BUT for-crying-out-buckets! Don’t do it for other people to adore you like some Athena in the ruins because honey, we all know that there are a lot of Barbie-like sweeties out there who are either JUST-BORN-LUCKY or INSANELY-RICH-TO-OVERHAUL-MY BODY! So if you are one of those girls who always end up intimidated by the wall photos of other girls—shut up and smile! Don’t try to appear beautiful-try to be happy.

2. What do you need from the world? I’m talking about the posts that we make when we open our doors to the world, show them every little detail about us, about our family, our relationships—everything! JUST WHY DO WE DO THAT? Because those tiny thumbs that say LIKE send exciting chills to our spine—yes? APPROVAL IS BLISS. Like it or not, most of us want to be at the center stage.

#3. AMALAYER? AMALAWYER! This is getting old and dusty, I suppose, but that girl is FIERCE! BAM! We’re far from being perfect, all of us, and there are really tough times that can drown us in our own emotions. WHATAMISAYING? Let’s not judge her by default. We saw a video, incomplete; surely there must’ve been a reason for her to react that way. But nonetheless, shouting in public is a NO-NO! As much as possible…J As always, RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT.

WHOAH! That’s it for now. And having written all these things made me feel reunited with all my organs—every little cell in my body is happy, every little cell in my body is swell (I mean, well) LOL. That’s a song, by the way.

If you’ve read the entirety, let me know what you think and if not, just whatever you think. LOL. Some stuffs that helped made my day from sorrowful (what a word) to “smile-full” J DOWN HERE:

A Leap of Faith

I was in the middle of flipping pages and mumbling, what seemed to be, endless Special Civil Actions Rules and what not. Suddenly, an outburst of "lust" awakened my innermost desire-to do the scribbling! And so I devoured myself into a few seconds of escape and so wrote---

A Leap of Faith
How do you start a journey? For some it’s as easy as a single leap, but for us who fell and failed, fought and fumbled, fearing of starting once more and losing again. A single journey is like starting a massive fire in the middle of the ocean. Our enemy is as vast as the sea. With no sufficient financial resources-barely a penny in reality. To start a journey in the business realm, was just, and still feels like, an impossible dream. But ANGELS are TRUE and like Cinderella’s wish, our dream did do come TRUE. YES, IT DID.
And the story began in one idle Sunday afternoon. While I was dreaming, he stood up and found a place to pursue the dream we both have for our future. He was a traveler, a very systematic, organized traveler. And so, at the early age of 30 he was able to go abroad many times before, visited sites that I only see in the movies. Suddenly, the idea, how about having a travel and tours agency?
I, on the other hand, am his avid supporter. I do the talking while he does the planning. And so we pushed our dreams to its limits until a breaking dawn unveils the possibility of turning it to reality. Amidst all the obstacles, from people to money to time, we were able to bring more or less 60 Law students to Manila for the first ever Bar Operations and Exposure Trip. Imagine 60 of them and just the two of us. God has interfered during those days, we were tired but we haven’t got the time to complain, afraid that the dream of a lifetime will vanish like a smoke. But yes, we survived! With only perseverance and each other’s trust, we survived! What a genuine happiness it brought.
The journey has to continue, with friends and family, and again, each other; we opened the DSL Travel and Tour Consultants in fiery orange and green on October 18 (Boy, that rhymes!). That song, “What a Feeling, keep believing!” an old striking song, is very true. Whether we’re doing the right thing or not, we don’t have enough time to think, so much is at stake. If there’s one thing that we have intact, it’s each other and well, few people and lesser penny. But look at us, still paddling in the middle of that vast ocean, no idea how to reach our destination, but that destination we shall reach, we will, we can.
And though the tide is sometimes too huge to conquer, and though we’re not so sure how to handle, and even if typhoon will hit our journey, the fact remains, this journey is all there is and each other is all that we have.

To success! Amen. <3
